We propose a brand new apartment of 60m² at only 200m from the beautiful Famara beach.
With its 2 sheltered terraces with mountain and ocean view, it is a cozy nest for teleworking as well as for digital detox.
Totally independent with fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms.
With one double bed in an open space with the salon and one separate single bedroom, it sleeps 3 adults or a family with two children by adding a single bed next to the double bed.

The bungalow is built in lava stones and wood and uses as much repurposed furniture and recycled material as possible. It is powered by the sun with lots of hot water from our sun collectors and electricity from our photovoltaic plates. The drinking water is filtered so no need to buy plastic bottles!

Low season (may-june): 70 €/night for 2 persons
High season (july-april): 80 €/night for 2 persons
+ 8 €/ each additional person

Minimum stay: 3 nights
Cleaning fee: 30€/booking
Booking deposit: 50%
We provide: bed linen and towels, hands soap, cleaning products and elementary cooking products.
