Casa Famaraíso

Built in 2020, Casa Famaraíso is a 60m² apartment located only 200m from the beautiful Famara beach.

With its 2 sheltered terraces, it is a cozy nest with mountain and sea views, ideal for teleworking as well as for digital detox.

A Family-friendly house

Totally independent with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, salon with double bed and one separate single bedroom.

It sleeps 2 adults or a family with up to 2 small children.

Solar-power and natural materials

We built our ecolodge in lava stones and wood and up-cycled furniture. It is completely powered by the sun with lots of hot water from our sun collectors and electricity from our photovoltaic plates. The drinking water is filtered so no need to buy plastic bottles!

Prices and Conditions

Base price from 75€/night for 2 persons

+ 15 €/ each additional person

Children under 8 years stay for free

 

Cleaning fee: 30€/booking

We provide: drinking water, bed linen and towels, cleaning products and cooking essentials.

Cancellation policy

Deposit of 50% upon booking

Balance due 1 week before arrival

 

Full refund up until 90 days before arrival

Partial refund up until 30 days before arrival

Not refundable under 30 days before arrival
